Policies

The following policies have been established to ensure our work sessions are as productive as possible so that you, the client, receive the most value out of our time together.  I hope the information below answers your questions about getting started with professional organizing services with The Clutter Crusher, LLC.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me for further information.

Rates
My rates are competitive and reflect the value I deliver to my clients.  As I respect your concerns about cost, we will work together to select the package that best suits your needs and helps you meet your goals.

Payment Methods
I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.  Checks should be made payable to "The Clutter Crusher, LLC".  There will be a charge of $35 for any check returned for insufficient funds, as well as additional collection and/or legal fees to compensate for overdraft charges and unpaid account balances. 

Packages

All package plans must be paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable except under terms outlined in the service agreement.  Unused hours will be used for future maintenance hours and will not be refunded.

Organizing Expenses/Products/Supplies
Although I pride my business on trying to save my clients money by keeping purchases of new products and materials to a minimum, there are times when some purchases may be required for completion of a project.  During these times, clients are responsible for the costs of all agreed-upon organizing products and supplies necessary for the completion of the project.  Direct expenses of service -- including, but not limited to, supplies, copying/messenger services/shipping fees/delivery charges, parking, tolls and other transportation charges, overnight charges -- are the client's responsibility.  They will be billed to client at the time of service, if not provided by client directly. 

Time
No smoking is permitted while we are working together.
The time for our sessions will begin when I arrive and will close at my departure.
The client is to ensure that all distractions and interruptions (phone calls, text messages, emails, visitors, children, pets, etc.) are kept to a minimum so that each session can be as productive as possible.
In most cases, the client is to be present at the organizing session and to assist with projects. 
Both the client and the organizer will be on time and ready for work at the scheduled start time of each session.

  
Referrals
Referrals are an essential part of success for The Clutter Crusher.  If you are happy with our work, please tell your friends, family and others about us.  Contact me for more detailed information about our referral program.

Environmental Policy

The Clutter Crusher supports green design principles.  This process is demonstrated by utilizing supplies clients already own while keeping new purchases to a minimum. Whenever possible, The Clutter Crusher advocates recycling, reusing, repurposing, or donating rather than disposing of items.  For items that must be discarded, we strive to dispose of all materials and/or chemicals properly and through the most environmentally friendly method possible.


Privacy Policy
We understand that privacy online is important to users of our site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the site (“Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the site and make use of the services offered by
The Clutter Crusher, LLC.


How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?
We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill your service requests from our site to fulfill your agreement or request to sign up for our organizing services. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the site or information related to the subject matter of the site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.


Opt-out or Termination of Communication?
If users opt out of email communication(s) from The Clutter Crusher, LLC, we will not contact such users again, nor will their personal information ever be used in any manner, and will never be rented, sold, or shared with any third party. To opt out of further email communications please follow the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any email received from
The Clutter Crusher.
  The Clutter Crusher is committed to permission-based email communication practices, and comply with all CAN-SPAM policies, practices and rules.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Sites. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
